Dodge Build Concept
Dodge builds in Notoriety prioritize evasion over raw armor. Instead of absorbing damage with ICTV, you stack dodge chance from Ghost and Technician trees to avoid hits entirely while maintaining Suit-level concealment for stealth flexibility.
Low Blow and Unseen Strike from the Ghost tree grant dodge when you sprint or remain undetected. Technician offers additional dodge nodes. Combined with Suit armor, you keep detection risk low while surviving occasional mistakes during stealth.

Ghost: Low Blow, Unseen Strike, Duck and Cover, Parkour. Technician: dodge-related perks and Drill Technician for objective speed. Mastermind: Cable Guy for hostage control when stealth partially fails.

When to Use Dodge Build
Dodge excels on heists where you move constantly — Rush Hour, The Depot, and Shadow Raid. It is weaker on loud-only maps where sustained fire replaces evasion.
