Stealth Loadout Overview
Stealth is the highest-skill, highest-reward playstyle in Notoriety: A PAYDAY Experience. Clean runs on maps like Shadow Raid, Brick Bank, and The Ozela Heist pay bonus cash without triggering police assaults. This build targets detection risk 3–5 while keeping drill repair, silent safes, and camera control.
Primary: Honey Badger (built-in suppressor) or AKM with silencer. Secondary: P90 or FiveSeven. Melee: Tomahawk or Knife for max concealment. Gadget: Throwing Knife for cameras. Equipment: ECM Device. Armor: Suit — never ICTV on stealth.
Skill Point Allocation
Mastermind: Cable Guy (Aced) for extra ties, Intimidator for shouting hostages, An Apple A Day (Aced) for sustain. Enforcer: Pack Animal only — skip armor skills. Technician: Drill Technician (Aced) repairs drills with melee hits, Silent Drill for quiet drilling.
Ghost (priority tree): Chameleon (Aced) scouts in casing mode, Cleaner reduces body costs, Duck and Cover (Aced), Carrier Pigeon (Aced), Parkour for speed, Infiltrator (Aced) silent door kicks, ECM Specialist (Aced) for cameras, Nimble (Aced) silent lockpicking. See skills tier list for priorities.
Best Heists for This Build
Start on Jewelry Shop and R&B Bank to learn pager limits. Progress to Downtown Bank and The Depot. Use the detection risk calculator before Nightmare attempts.
Read the stealth basics guide for pager rules (max 4 answers), camera disabling, and ECM timing.
Common Mistakes
Running heavy armor destroys concealment. Killing more than four guards without Halt! and pager management fails the run. Leaving bodies in guard sightlines triggers alarms. Forgetting to cable-tie civilians causes phone calls after ~60 seconds.
